History

Scientipôle Capital, created in 2006, is a holding compliant with French Autorité des marchés financiers, with the objective to become an evergreen fund , thanks to a special French tax status (SCR - venture capital company).

Scientipôle Capital shareholders are institutional shareholders, involved in the economic development of Paris Saclay area and Ile-de-France area : Region Ile de France, regional banks (Banques Populaires Rives de Paris et Val de France, Crédit Agricole, Caisses d’épargne Ile-de-France), BPI France, Revital Emploi, Malakoff Mederic and Alizé Innovation.

So far, Scientipôle Capital has invested in 34 innovative tech based startups based in Ile de France area (of which 17 are growing) , and sold 9 of them to European industrial or financial partners.

Investments

Scientipole Capital invests alone or alongside other investors (financial or corporate funds, business angels, …)
Our investments range from of K€ 200 to M€ 1 (in equity or convertible bonds), issued in single or multiple rounds.
Our evergreen strategy is tailored to fulfil the specific needs of young technological companies.
The team has an active participation in the company’s management governance (board of directors / supervisory boards) in order to provide operational guidance.
Thanks to its network of experts, Scientipôle Capital is able to provide expertises and advises in certain specialized fieldsof interest.
